Just J Return/Refund Policy

At Just J, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. To accommodate this, we have established a straightforward return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

Time Frame:

You can return any product within 3 days of receiving it.

Condition:

The product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process

Initiate a Return: To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at csupport@justj.shop with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on where and how to send the returned goods.

Return Shipping:

Upon approval for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. However we will issue a return label from our carriers; either by USPS, UPS or FED EX.

Packing the Item:

Please ensure the item is packed securely to prevent any damage during transit. Items damaged while being returned to us will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Inspection of Return:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Approval or Rejection:

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 business days (according to your banking institution).

Exceptions:

Please note that some types of goods are exempt from being returned; such as wigs, undergarments, makeup, creams, brushes and liquid items. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
